Background

I lead quality engineering across delivery teams, working with engineers, product managers, and leaders to build quality into how software gets made rather than inspecting it in at the end.

What I write about

• Quality engineering: building quality in, test strategy, and making quality a property of the system rather than a phase.
• Engineering leadership: team design, decision-making, and creating conditions where good work is the default.
• Systems thinking: incentives, feedback loops, and why outcomes come from structure more than effort.
